11:00 A.M. – Parcel 1: 32790 Bi-State Boulevard, Laurel, Delaware – Sussex County Tax Parcel ID # 332-3.00-17.00: Accessible from Bi-State Boulevard, and measuring approximately 75’ x 587’, this parcel contains 1.01 acres +/- of land. It is improved with a single family dwelling with vinyl siding, asphalt shingle roof, and private water & sewer. Terms: Terms Of Sale Are The Same For Parcel 1 & Parcel 2. $15,000 deposit on day of sale with cash or certified funds payable to Moore & Rutt, P.A., the balance to be paid within 21 days following the auction date, with cash or certified funds payable to Moore & Rutt, P.A. Prospective bidders must present the initial deposit in cash or certified funds at the time of registration. Trustee shall prepare and deliver the deed. Purchaser and Seller shall split the Delaware 2 1/2% State Realty Transfer Tax and the 1 1/2% Sussex County Realty Transfer Tax.
