FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

I’ve never sold anything at auction, how does it work?

When you bring items to the auction, you will be greeted by our staff at our office. They will need your proper valid ID such as a driver’s license or photo ID. You will be given a lot number that will be used to identify the merchandise you brought to sell. One of our staff members will show you where you can unload and display your merchandise for auction. Your items will be sold and itemized on a listing at our next sale. If you have an estate or a large house lot to sell and need it transported to our auction, please contact our Customer Service Representative, Wade Wilson, for hauling details and fees for that service. If you have a vehicle to sell at our auto auction, we need your lien free title, keys and mileage.

What are your business hours?

Our weekly Saturday consignment auction starts at 10:00 am. We are open for consignment of merchandise for our every Saturday auction: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our auto auction is every Tuesday night at 6:00 p.m. Auto Auction hours are Monday thru Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

What are your commission rates?
